This project takes its roots in the theories of situationnists french philosophers about an exploration and cartography of space based on its impacts on one's psychology.
Those ideas brought me to the consideration that world could be thought as the maximal projection of the human mind, where each country or each variation of space would correspond with an aspect of one's mind. Because I think we own as much of aspects as earth has.
I searched for a long time how to translate that in photography, since I discovered, developping, films which were overlapping shots in Paris and south of Italy. And the result was a mexican atmopshere. This error appeared me to be the result I was looking for.
I decided then to reproduce conciously this process and to work on it between France and Poland, two country which, from my personal history, were intimately calling for an overlapped and psychogeographical approach.
